Indian classical and folk trio String Beats (sitar, sarangi, tabla) joined forces with Irish multi-instrumentalist and producer Shunya for an exciting East–West fusion of traditional instruments and modern technology. Over three days, the artists rehearsed, improvised and composed together — meeting for the first time to create brand new music. They were joined for selected pieces by vocalists Hannah Jacob-Flynn and Jasmine Elise. The process and performance were filmed, with a short documentary to be released later in the year.
