Not everything that happens at Sauvanie ends up on a stage. There are rehearsals that change direction halfway through, instruments arriving in improbable cases, last-minute adjustments, long lunches, soundchecks, cables, weather forecasts and the occasional moment when everyone agrees that perhaps the first idea was the best!
